General Information

We’ll visit the biggest market in the Lycian region where you can find all local products and textiles from Turkey. Then we will go to Kayaköy (ghost town) which is an abandoned Greek village left behind after the population exchange of Greeks and Turks in the 1920s. Kayaköy was made famous  by Louis de Berniere’s book ‘Birds without Wings’.

Then follows a visit to the most photographed beach in Turkey, Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon).  Here we have free time to swim or enjoy the optional Turkish bath.

On our return, there will be a stop at the local Turkish Delight (lokum) factory to both see how it's made and have a taste. To conclude the excursion, we drive back to Kalkan.
